Director of Compliance
Mr. Hart has been with GMI since 2002. Kenneth came to GMI with over 15 years of hands on experience with Federally Assisted Housing. This includes HUD programs for Section 8, Section 236 Rent Supplement, B.M.I.R and LIHPRA. Kenneth has experience with HOPE VI programs and has worked with Public Housing Authorities such as HOC of Montgomery County, Howard County Housing Commission, Housing Authority of Baltimore City, Annapolis Housing Authority, St. Petersburg FL Housing Authority, Jacksonville Housing Authority, and the Fairfax County Housing and Redevelopment Administration. In addition to holding an Associates Degree from the City University of New York, Kenneth has been trained in LIHTC programs by VHDA, AJ Johnson, and the National Center for Housing Management. He holds the industries most desired designation of HCCP, COS, AHM, CFM, and TCS.
John P. Hanle
Director, Information Technology
Mr. Hanle joined GMI in early 2007. Prior to joining GMI, Mr. Hanle held positions within Verizon Communications, including Executive Director of Information Technology for Network Engineering Systems. With over 30 years of experience in the computing/communications industry, as a network planner, architect, engineer, developer, and inventor, Mr. Hanle had significant influence over the direction in which voice and data communications and networking took place - both corporately and nationally. Mr. Hanle is the inventor/co-inventor of 5 U.S. Patents based upon the application and implementation of data, voice, and biometric techniques and technologies.
Director of Marketing
Ms. Whyte’s career in property management began with GMI in 1992 as a marketing consultant at a 783 unit garden apartment community. In 1994, after completing her college education, Stacy was promoted to the position of Assistant Resident Manager. In 1995, Stacy was promoted to Community Manager for a 464 unit garden apartment community. After five years with GMI, Stacy decided to pursue other opportunities within the property management arena. Over the next 8 years, Stacy managed communities for Shelter Properties, AIMCO, and a 640 unit townhome community for Partners Management. In 2004, Stacy accepted a position as Regional Sales Manager. Her portfolio included 18 properties in the Baltimore metropolitan area. In this position, Stacy was responsible for marketing and advertising as well as conducting sales training. Stacy re-joined GMI in 2006 as a Regional Property Manager and was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2008. Stacy holds both a Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration from Howard University in Washington DC and is also a member of the Property Management Association (PMA).
Director of Maintenance
Mr. Mark Rasavage joined Grady Management Inc. in 1986 after serving in the US Army at Fort Hood, TX. He has held virtually every maintenance position at the company from grounds to supervisor at several properties which uniquely equips him to give detailed oversight to Grady’s maintenance operations. His professional training and certifications include EPA, section 608, OSHA, NAPE, HVAC, Heat Pump, High pressure boiler, asbestos and lead abatement. He has been a longtime member of the National Association of Power Engineers and has implemented multiple professional training programs of the company in order to enhance the level of expertise of our team. Mr. Rasavage was promoted to Director of Maintenance in 2007.
