Grady Management Awarded 2016 Company and Property National Satisfaction Distinctions from SatisFacts

Based on resident feedback, Grady Management recently received a SatisFacts™ National Resident Satisfaction Award for a second consecutive year.

SatisFacts™ is the multi-family residential real estate industry’s retention and reputation management authority, working with almost 300 management companies and more than a million apartment units nationally.

Similar to 2015, in 2016 valued residents submitted move-in and work order satisfaction surveys in order to rate their Grady managed communities between a 1-5 point score. Based on these survey results, Grady Management earned a Superior Company Score (4.00-4.49).

Grady Management is pleased to announce the following communities are also individual 2016 SatisFacts Property Award Winners. These communities each achieved a combined score for move in and work order surveys of 4.00 or higher (communities marked with a * achieved this distinction for a second, consecutive, year.):
