Grady Team Member Joins AOBA's 2016 Board of Directors

Mr. Brian Alford, the Vice President of Grady Management's Rental Division, joined the Apartment and Office Building Association- known as AOBA- of Metropolitan Washington's 2016 Board of Directors.

Established in 1974, AOBA "is the leading membership organization representing commercial and multi-family residential real estate in the Washington, DC area," according to the official website.  The AOBA organization runs multiple seminars, educational events, energy benchmarking programs, and outreach events throughout the year in which members can participate that directly impact local communities.  Prior to his role of Member At Large on the 2016 Board of Directors, Mr. Alford was also a member of AOBA.

Mr. Alford joined Grady Management in 2007 as the Assistant Vice President of the Rental Division.  Mr. Alford was named Vice President of the organization in 2010.  The entire Grady Management team is excited to see the impact Mr. Alford will have in his new role on AOBA's Board of Directors.
