Team Member Recognized as Service Manager of the Year

Samuel Yeboah of Fox Hills North was recognized at the Property Management Association's Maintenance Professional Awards Luncheon as the recipient on the 2015 Service Manager of the Year.

The Property Management Association, known as the PMA, hosted the Professional Awards Luncheon during their annual Maintenance Summit on November 12 at Martin's Crosswinds in Greenbelt, Maryland.

This is Mr. Yeboah's second consecutive year winning this award; he received the Service Manager of the Year recognition during the PMA's 2014 Maintenance Professional Awards Luncheon.

Judging criteria for these awards are based on a combination of job performance, communication skills with team members and residents, teamwork, budget and expense control, professionalism, and organization skills.

The entire Grady Management team is proud of Mr. Yeboah for this exceptional accomplishment and thanks all maintenance professionals for their stellar service throughout the year.
