Forty-one Grady Communities Receive SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Award

Grady Management is excited to announce that forty-one Grady communities recently received Property Awards from SatisFacts for their outstanding customer service efforts in 2020.
In addition, Grady Management received a SatisFacts National Satisfaction Award for exceptional resident satisfaction scores in 2020. With a company score of 4.53 out of 5, Grady Management received a Superior Company Award.
In order to qualify for the property award, the communities had to receive a recommend score of 4.0 or higher and have at least 25 completed resident surveys.
