Forty-one Grady Communities Receive The ApartmentRatings Top Rated Communities Award
Grady Management is pleased to announce that ApartmentRatings has named forty-one Grady communities as Award Winners for outstanding resident satisfaction scores in 2020. Despite the tremendous challenges of 2020, eighty percent of the Grady portfolio received awards in 2020!
In order to qualify for the award, the communities had to receive an epIQ Index community grade of A- (80.00) or better and a minimum of 5 reviews in the 2020 calendar year.
