Grady Management team members recently delivered supplies to Comfort Cases during Grady Gives, a year-long initiative in which Grady team members will donate resources to different non-profit organizations and continue to give back in the local community.

The mission of Comfort Cases is to support children and teenagers in foster care by providing them with backpacks or duffel bags full of toiletries, books, and small, personal items.  Grady team members collected and donated six backpacks and duffel bags, more than 10 journals and notebooks, more than a dozen bottles of shampoo and conditioner, more than a dozen toothbrushes, in addition to deodorant, wipes, lotion and other supplies.  These donations were delivered on February 8.

Grady Management team members continued Grady Gives during Random Acts of Kindness Week, an annual event in February that promotes spreading kind words and actions.  This year, Random Acts of Kindness Week occurred from February 11 through February 18.

On Valentine's Day, Grady team members set up a table of snacks on the tenth floor of the Montgomery Center for the clients and staff of the Montgomery County Department of Health.

In addition, team members are collecting books and gloves, scarves, and hats.  The books will be donated to the Montgomery County Public Library system and the winter accessories will be donated to a local shelter.
