Grady Management corporate office team members are creating Welcome Home Kits to support the Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless during Random Acts of Kindness Week.
The Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless, known as the MCCH, distributes Welcome Home Kits to individuals recently placed in stable housing after they experienced homelessness. These Welcome Home Kits contain necessary items to cook and prepare meals, clean the home, and store personal items.
Currently, the Grady Management team is beginning to collect items such as kitchenware, linens, toiletries, and a 30 day food supply for the Welcome Home Kits during Random Acts of Kindness Week. Known as RAK Week, this annual event, hosted by the Random Acts of Kindness Foundation, celebrates being kind and giving back in the local community. The Grady Management team will continue to create Welcome Home Kits after RAK Week ends on February 19 and will donate all of the completed kits to the MCCH in mid-March.
