At this time, Grady Management believes additional steps are still necessary in order to minimize the spread of this virus.
All leasing offices are open to the public by appointment only in an effort to minimize physical contact with residents, prospects, customers, and vendors. You may continue to contact the office by telephone, email or through the online Resident Portal where available.
In an effort to maintain the CDC's recommendation for social distancing we have restricted the number of residents in all Common Area amenities at this time – Fitness Center, Clubroom, Business Center, etc. For communities offering coffee service, this service remains suspended. All resident functions and events are also limited to no more than 25 people. In the event the room’s capacity is less than 25, the number of residents should not exceed the posted capacity.
