We are suspending all non-emergency Maintenance Requests at this time. For your reference, emergency maintenance items are as follows:
Toilet overflowing Water leaks of any kind
No Heat No electrical power
No water service Fire
Smell of natural gas Life Safety Equipment/Concerns
To report an emergency service request, please contact your leasing office directly by phone using the designated emergency maintenance number. All routine service requests can be reported by phone or email and will be addressed when we resume non-emergency Maintenance Requests.
We are putting these additional temporary practices in place out of an abundance of caution. We appreciate your continued cooperation and understanding. Please know that there may be additional changes or modifications to these practices as the situation evolves.
