Description: GMI pays 100% of the employee's insurance premium. Dependent coverage can also be purchased.

Group Life and AD&D Insurance*

Eligibility: 1st of the month following 60 days of employment
Description: GMI pays 100% of the employee's premium for Life and AD&D Insurance. The policy is for two times your base salary up to $250,000.

Long Term Disability Insurance*

Eligibility: 1st of the month following one year of employment
Description: GMI pays 100% of the employee's insurance premium. The typical benefit is 50% of your basic monthly income up to $5000 with a 90-day elimination period.

401(k) Savings Plan

Eligibility: Semi-annual open enrollment following six months of employment and 500 hrs of service
Description: An employee may defer a percentage of their annual compensation on a pre-tax basis by contributing to the 401(k) savings plan. For 2005, the company will match $.50 for each $1.00 of employee contributions on the first $1,250 of contributions.
