Grady Management encourages its employees continue learning within their professional career. Accordingly, Grady will reimburse employees 100% for all fees and dues necessary to maintain the professional certification or licensing either required to perform the responsibilities of their Grady position or which can be demonstrated to the sole satisfaction of benefit Grady Management.
Awards & Recognition
When Grady Management employees do great things, we let them know that they’re appreciated. We recognize employees each year at our annual Employee Awards luncheon. Awards are given for years of service and excelling in their position. In addition, communities compete in an internal competition for the prestigious Grady Cup and Vanden Broecke Cup. Each month The President’s List is distributed reflecting communities that have met and/or exceeded budgeted occupancy. We distribute Marketing Awards for team members that receive exceptional Mystery Shops. Of course, employees may also be eligible for merit awards and bonuses each year.
