Amanda has over 20 years of experience in residential management and a passion for people and training. Amanda studied business at Strayer University and continues her education in real estate, green initiatives, and PropTech through IREM, AOBA, and other local real estate and property management associations. Amanda previously worked for Lincoln Property Company starting as a Leasing and Marketing Professional in 1999 and most recently as Senior Regional Manager. As Senior Regional Manager she was responsible for a large portfolio of properties in the DC/MD/VA market as well as supporting regional team efforts. During her tenure, Amanda worked on conventional, student and retail properties including lease ups, renovations and stabilized assets. Amanda has a specialty for building bench strength through training and development.
