Mrs. Donahue has been involved in property management for more than 20 years.  She joined Grady Management, Inc. in August 2017.  Her duties include the oversight of all daily operations including Communities, Marketing, Maintenance and Training.  She acts as the liaison with ownership groups, legal counsel for L&T matters and vendor relations.  Prior to GMI, she worked for UDR as a Regional Manager for 11 years where she maintained a DC portfolio of 3,300 units and also launched and managed the company’s initial acquisitions into the New York City market.  She was also heavily involved in UDR’s acquisition of assets from Home Properties in 2015.  Prior to her tenure at UDR, she worked for a DC developer, Chapman Development, as their Operations Manager overseeing conventional and LIHTC assets.  Prior to her position at Chapman Development, she worked as an Operations Manager/Regional Manager for Charles E. Smith Residential/Archstone-Smith from 1992-2003.  She is an active member of PMA and AOBA.
