Grady Announces Laura Segal as Vice President of HR

AUGUST 23, 2026:  Grady Management is pleased to announce the promotion of Laura Segal to Vice President of Human Resources. Since joining Grady’s Human Resources Department in 2013, Laura has progressed through each role within the department, most recently serving as Director of Human Resources. With nearly 25 years of experience in human resources and the multifamily real estate industry, she has played an important role in supporting Grady’s employees and strengthening our organization.

In her expanded leadership role, Laura will continue to oversee Grady’s human resources functions, including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Her promotion reflects both her contributions to Grady Management and our commitment to developing and advancing talented leaders from within. We congratulate Laura on this well-deserved achievement and look forward to her continued leadership as Vice President of Human Resources.
