Grady Announces Adam Merril as Director of Maintenance Services

APRIL 27, 2026:  Grady Management is pleased to welcome Adam Merrill as our new Director of Maintenance Services. In this leadership role, Adam will provide strategic oversight of maintenance operations across the Grady portfolio, with a focus on operational standards, preventative maintenance, capital projects, regulatory compliance, and the continued development of our service teams.

Maintenance plays an essential role in both the resident experience and the long-term success of the communities we manage. Adam’s leadership will help strengthen consistency across our portfolio, support our onsite teams, and ensure we continue to protect and enhance the communities entrusted to Grady Management.
