Grady Celebrates an Outstanding Year of Recognition

JANUARY 13, 2026:  Grady Management is proud to celebrate an outstanding year of recognition in the 2025 SatisFacts and ApartmentRatings Awards, reflecting our continued commitment to creating positive resident experiences across our portfolio. Grady Management was named a 2025 Top 50 Management Company and received the 2025 SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Company Award. Even more notably, 42 Grady-managed communities earned the 2025 SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Award—recognizing communities that achieved high levels of satisfaction based directly on resident feedback.

Four Grady communities also earned the 2025 epIQ Top Rated Award from ApartmentRatings: Wellesley Woods, Waverly Gardens, Courts of Madison, and Beacon Place at the Kentlands. Together, these honors are a testament to the teams across Grady Management who work every day to provide responsive service, build strong resident relationships, and create communities people are proud to call home.
