Grady Takes Home Multiple MMHA Star Awards for 2025

OCTOBER 30, 2025: Grady Management was proud to receive multiple honors at the 2025 Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA) Star Awards, recognizing excellence across our organization, communities, and team members. Grady Management received Gold for the Workforce Development Award, while Grady Gives Back earned the Spirit of Caring Award and Destiny Igiebor was recognized with the Workforce Innovator Award.

Our communities and onsite professionals also had plenty to celebrate. Waverly Gardens was named Active Adult Community of the Year – Gold, while East of Market and Upper East each earned Gold for Elevator Community of the Year in their respective categories. Jamal Maultsby of East of Market received Silver for Leasing Consultant of the Year, and 322 Baldwin, Autumn Crest, and Evolution at Towne Centre were recognized as Star Certified Communities. Together, these awards celebrate the people, programs, and communities that exemplify Grady Management’s commitment to excellence throughout the Maryland multifamily industry.
