Grady Wins Big at the 2025 PMA PACE Awards

NOVEMBER 6, 2025:  Grady Management proudly celebrated an outstanding year at the 2025 Property Management Association (PMA) PACE Awards, earning recognition across our communities, team members, service teams, and marketing initiatives. Honors included Community of the Year awards for Cider Mill, Dulles Center I & II, East of Market, Lync at Alterra, Discovery Square, and 455 at Tinner Hill, along with distinguished and Judges’ Choice recognition for Upper East and Lee Overlook.

Our people and programs were equally well represented. Himer Corero, Jesse Salmeron, Marvin Reyes, Jose Rodriguez, and Valencia Miller received individual honors, while the Cider Mill Service Team earned special recognition as Service Team of the Year. Grady also received three Marketing & Advertising Excellence awards recognizing Grady Games, the “Bonejangles” campaign at Wood Lee Arms, and the Upper East lease-up brochure. These achievements reflect the talent, creativity, service, and dedication found throughout Grady Management, and we are incredibly proud of every team and individual represented among the 2025 winners.
